Our multidisciplinary team comprises 17 high level specialist consultants, led by partners and supported by the best supply chain and logistics design and management systems.

We work together with our international partners in the Green Logistics Consultants Group and with leading research institutes creating clusters of expertise for large international projects.

Our consultants have extensive expertise and knowledge to find and solve challenging problems and to strengthen our client’s businesses through improved operations, integrated equipment and technology and a hands-on approach to implement affordable and sustainable solutions.

Erik van Agtmaal

Prior to consultancy he was with Christian Salvesen and Hays Logistics. Extensive experience in supply chain consolidation and integration projects, outsourcing, sustainable logistics, emissions inventories and emissions calculation methodologies.  

Lecturer for horizontal and vertical logistics collaboration and integration, collaborative networks, sustainable transport, logistics and supply chains.

 

Elske van de Fliert

Director of Zero-e

 

Elske van de Fliert is an Industrial Engineer (Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering TU Delft) and started her career at DAF NV, the Dutch truck manufacturer, with a lifecycle assessment of exhaust gas after-treatment systems. She is an expert in alternative fuels, clean technologies and sustainable transport and mobility and assists (local) authorities and companies to develop  and implement strategies to reduce their impact on fossil fuel use, air quality and other environmental issues.

  

Eric De Meyer

Partner in Altimedes

Senior Finance and Administration Expert with a strong background in financial and operational performance planning, analysis and reporting. Eric is an international specialist in the restructuring of logistics organisations and companies (mergers and de-mergers) and in the implementation of activitiy based costing, ERP and financial and operational management systems.

 

Sofie Luyten

Director of Energieplus Ingenieurs

Sofie Luyten is an Environmental Technology Engineer with a Master in Environmental Management. Sofie is senior energy advisor and has developed a strong track record in improving buildings' energy performance through setting up efficient energy management systems, performing energy-audits and proposing cost-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption, and introducing renewable energy technologies. She has in depth expertise in identifying a company's carbon and fossil fuel dependency on the basis of certified carbon footprint assessment of business processes.

 

Dirk Provez

Partner in Altmedes

Dirk Provez has over 17 years’ experience in organizational change management and project consulting. He has managed change processes with a strong focus on people management as part of a variety of large ICT and business transformation projects.

Dirk has worked for governmental agencies and across a range of industry sectors including the transport, logistics, packaging and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. He has strong leadership and coaching skills and a recognised ability to realize chance in organisations and to motivate people to adapt and to work together. He combines a good academic knowledge of change processes and strategies with a hands-on mentality.

 

Valentin Lambrechts

Prior to consultancy he was with Tropicana Europe and previously with Seagram Beverages and Ahlers Agency. Expert in re-engineering of international supply chains and business processes, forecasting and supply chain planning, maritime transport, inland navigaion and cargo security. Lecturer for cargo security, transport modes, traceability and supply chain.

 

Danny Breemersch

Partner in Altimedes

Several years experience as consultant/interim manager and over 20 years as international inbound supply chain manager and international planning manager. Prior to consultancy, he worked for United Biscuits/Delacre and Van Genechten packaging. His main areas of consulting/interim management include operational planning, iInventory optimization (finished goods and raw materials), international supply chain coordination and demand planning.
